FINANCIAL IMPACT: Attachment 4 provides a financial impact for the project, as a whole, on <br /> County services. Staff has determined the project would not require augmentation of County <br /> budgetary outlays to support services and that anticipated revenues from property taxes should <br /> supplement increases in cost. <br /> Additional financial impacts associated with the review of this project are broken down as <br /> follows: <br /> Public Hearinq: The costs associated with the scheduling and advertising includes: <br /> • $21.60 covering postage for 48 first class letters notifying adjacent property <br /> owners of the Neighborhood Information Meeting held on August 6, 2012, <br /> • $1,587.60 for the newspaper legal advertisement (NOTE: this cost includes all 3 <br /> items scheduled for review at the August 27, 2012 public hearing), <br /> • $163.20 covering postage for 48 certified letters notifying adjacent property <br /> owners of the May Quarterly Public Hearing, <br /> The applicant's application submittal fee covered the costs of these items. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Director recommends the Board: <br /> 1. Receive the SUP application, <br /> 2. Conduct the Public Hearing and accept public, Planning Board, and BOCC sworn <br /> testimony on the application, <br /> 3. Refer the matter to the Planning Board with a request that a recommendation be returned <br /> to the Board of County Commissioners in time for the November 20, 2012 BOCC regular <br /> meeting, and <br /> 4. Adjourn the public hearing until November 20, 2012 in order to receive the Planning <br /> Board's recommendation and any submitted written comments. <br />
