Sinai Road (SR 1718).  <br />Zoning Atlas Amendment <br />2.– To review an application to rezone approximately 14 <br />acres of a 36 acre parcel of property located at 9925 NC Highway 57 from <br />Agricultural Residential (AR) to NC Highway 57 Speedway Area Rural Economic <br />Development Area (REDA-CZ-1) for the purpose of developing an enclosed mini self- <br />storage facility with accompanying accessory uses including office space, a retail <br />office selling boxes and packing supplies, and a truck rental area.  <br />Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Text Amendment(s):  <br />3.To review <br />government-initiated amendments to the text of four sections of the UDO in order to <br />adequately address the development of solar arrays within the county.  <br />D.ADJOURNMENT OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />   <br />  <br /> <br />  <br />http://orangecountync.gov/OCCLERKS/120827.htm8/21/2012 <br />
