A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis to <br />approve the adoption of an Energy Conservation Policy covering Orange County Government <br />facilities and equipment, in fallow up to the Board's Environmental Responsibility goal and to <br />receive a report on building energy use and possible energy conservation performance <br />measures, as amended above. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />b.
