John Link said that the directors of these organizations need to sign off on this to make sure <br />these changes are what they expect. This would be Sue Russell, Director of Child Care <br />Services; Michelle Rivest, Director of Smart Start; and Nancy Coston, Director of Social <br />Services. He wants to make sure the language is correct and that it is a very straightforward <br />process. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Gordon to refer <br />the proposed amendments to the Planning Board for a recommendation and returned no <br />sooner than January 24, 2006. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />D.
