DOT also said that they would be paying for <br />the crosswalk with Moving Ahead money. <br />Pam Jones said that there are two things holding them up now with breaking ground on <br />the senior center. One is the zoning compliance permit with the Town of Chapel Hill and the <br />other is finalizing value-engineering issues and hopefully within a month they will break ground. <br />Commissioner Halkiotis painted out that the budget was trimmed down $433,000 with <br />the value-engineering piece. <br />b.
