002 <br />The Clarion team has worked closely with County staff and a comprehensive set of stakeholder <br />groups in moving the project forward. The team’s design effort is grounded in both the BOCC- <br />adopted planning principles and the Chapel Hill 2020 plan as noted in Attachment 1,and the <br />team continues to meet with these various stakeholders of the project, including County <br />Departments, Advisory Boards, Utilities, and other regulatory officials. <br />The team has also assembled contextual, background, and technical informationrelevant to the <br />project in the form of meeting presentation slides as noted in Attachment 2.A current survey <br />has been prepared to validate many of the design opportunities and constraints. This survey <br />also includes significant tree specimens on the site. <br />The project outcomes have been based on this principled framework andthe extensive primary <br />feedback from the stakeholders as well as the technical information available on the site.
