The amendments will extend flood damage prevention standards onto parcels <br />associated with the revised Orange-Alamance county lineconsistent with established <br />policy per Section 4.3 of the UDO, and <br />2. The rezoning is consistent with various Principles, Goals, and Objectives of the <br />adopted Comprehensive Plan (Please refer to Section B.3 ofAttachment 1). <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Please refer to Section C.3 of Attachment 1. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />The Managerrecommends the Board: <br />1.Receive the Planning Board’s recommendation; <br />2.
