Zoning Atlas Amendment <br /> - To review government-initiated amendments to the <br />ZoningAtlas to apply the Special Flood Hazard Zoning Overlay District to portions of ten <br />parcels located in the vicinity of the Orange-Alamance county line. These parcels were <br />affected by theadjustment of the county line which became effective on January 1, <br />2012. <br />Planning staff Glenn Bowles made a PowerPoint presentation. <br />ZONING ATLAS (MAP) AMENDMENT <br /> <br />
