Phillip Gunter <br />Agenda Item 8: Zoning Atlas Amendment — To make a recommendation to the BOCC on an application to <br />rezone two parcels of property approximately 2.11 acres in size from R -1 (Rural Residential) <br />and NC -2 (Neighborhood Commercial) to NC -2 (Neighborhood Commercial). The properties <br />are located on US 70 East. This item was heard at the May 29, 2012 quarterly public hearing. <br />Presenter: Glenn Bowles, Planner II <br />Glenn Bowles: Reviewed abstract and attachments. <br />MOTION made by Alan Campbell to approve the rezoning of the property from R1 and NC -2 to NC -2 as <br />recommended by staff consistent with the Ordinance contained within Attachment 3 of the abstract. Seconded by <br />Buddy Hartley. <br />VOTE: Unanimous <br />
