Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Text Amendments - To review government- <br /> 36 initiated amendments to the text of Article 3 of the UDO to revise various Dimensional and <br /> 37 Ratio Standards in commercial and industrial zoning districts if the district is applied to <br /> 38 property located in Commercial or Commercial-Industrial Transition Activity Nodes, as <br /> 39 depicted on the Future Land Use Map contained in the 2030 Comprehensive Plan. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Planner Perdita Holtz made a PowerPoint presentation. <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Unified Development Ordinance <br /> 44 Proposed Text Amendments <br /> 45 (UDO/Zoning 2012-11) <br /> 46 <br /> 47 Task <br /> 48 Propose amendments to the UDO that will allow for a greater intensity of property use in the <br /> 49 Commercial and Commercial-Industrial Transition Activity Nodes. <br /> 50 - Existing ratios developed for areas that are not served by public water <br /> 51 and sewer systems and which are intended to remain rural. <br />
