Construction Drawings prepared by HDR Engineering Inc. of the Carolinas, Inc. (Sheet sets <br /> GO1-3;C00-18; SO1-4;POl-2;E01-6;related addendum 1,2 and 3 dated June2012) <br /> b. Written specifications prepared by the project engineer. <br /> c. W.L. Bishop Construction,Inc. proposal dated July 26, 2012 which fully describes the work <br /> to be performed,such work(hereinafter called the"Work"). <br /> d.
