This equipment has a bucket <br />multiple applications around the Landfill that will continue fol <br />Solid Waste Landfill scheduled for June 30, 2013. Among these a <br /> Loading mulch into public <br /> Loading and unloading large bulky items <br /> Loading gravel and other materials on County trucks during the <br />Landfill <br /> Pushing yard waste when unloaded <br /> Pushing clean wood into piles when unloaded and loading clean w <br />for hauling to market <br /> Pushing vegetative waste to and away from the grinder during gr <br />North Carolina General Statute 143-- <br />acquisition method to obtain items without a separate bid proced <br />extend the same or more favorable price and other terms to the l <br />allows that the acquisition may be made from a contractor that h <br />contracted to furnish the item to: (1) the federal government or <br />of North Carolina or any agency or political subdivision of the <br />- <br />cooperative bid awarded by the United States Defense Supply Cent <br />Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (contract number SPM500-01-D-0059 expiring on July 1, 2015) to <br />Caterpillar, Inc. for a Caterpillar 963D Track Loader.
