In <br /> order to receive reimbursement it will be necessary for you ta submit the following items; <br /> 1. Copies of itemized invoices from your contractor for the subject work, <br /> 2. Copies of cancelled chedks and/or receipts indicating proof of�ayment. <br /> 3.
