The <br /> children could play outside and walk around freely. <br /> But one day Old Lion wrinkled his huge brow at little Har-gbe. <br /> "I don't know what you all have been feeding me," he said, "but whatever it <br /> is, I don't care for it any more. From now on, I want real meat, red meat." <br /> She could feel his breath, hot on her face, when he said that.
