these urban areas. As far as working with the Tawn of Hillsborough, the county has an MOA <br />to do the NPDES phase 2 systems. That draft permit that has been issued is in the public <br />comment period and within the next month that permit, if there are no comments, will turn into <br />a real permit. Orange County Planning staff and the erasion control staff will be able to turn <br />that MOA into an actual contract.
