A motion was made by Commissioner Foushee, seconded by Commissioner Jacobs to <br />appoint Willie Lambert and Kathleen Long as community citizen representatives. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner Foushee <br />to appoint Deborah Judd as Orange County Parks and Recreation volunteer representative and <br />Michelle Kempinski as a community citizen representative. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis to <br />appoint Heather MacDonald and Barrie Wallace as community citizen representatives. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis to <br />appoint Ms. Dorothy Johnson for the other community citizen appointment. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />(3) Orange Water and Sewer Authority (OWASA) Board of Directors -One New <br />Appointment <br />The Board considered making one new appointment to the Orange Water and Sewer <br />Authority Board of Directors. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Gordon to <br />appoint Marge Limbert to a term expiring June 30, 2008. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />10.
