The survey <br /> will accurately depict the following: property lines, easements as found in the public <br /> record or observed, 2' contour interval, all storm and sanitary sewer structures within <br /> limits as described(rim/inv/pipe size&type)fire hydrant(s) and water valves, spot <br /> elevations along sidewalks and curbs,tree lines, Specimen Trees 18"and larger, overhead <br /> and underground utilities, if latter marked by others, and any observable feature which <br /> may significantly affect future development of the property. Survey shall be tied to NC <br /> State Plane Co-ordinates and NGVD '29(as previously established). <br /> Hourly Not To Exceed: $11,800.00 <br /> Special Provisions- 1) We are prepared to begin work within one week of <br /> acceptance of this Proposal of Agreement. <br /> 2)Please allow 2-4 weeks for completion of and <br /> delivery of survey which will be a cadd file and sealed <br /> hardcopy. <br /> 3) See Terms and Conditions regarding the survey and mapping <br /> of underground utilities. <br /> 4) Except for the developed areas of the tract, Specimen Trees <br /> over the entire property and Homestead Road,the survey will <br /> reflect survey data from the 1993 and 2004 surveys <br /> conducted by this Surveyor. <br /> The Terms and Conditions following this form(attachment) are a part of this <br /> Agreement.
