Exhibit B—Scope of Services—Fiscal Year 2012-13 <br /> Orange County Outside Agency Performance Agreement Certification <br /> Funded Amount: $76,000 <br /> Agency: Dispute Settlement Center, Inc. <br /> Program Mediation: Court and Community-Referred <br /> Purpose To provide Orange County citizens with access to mediation and conciliation services <br /> which can help de-escalate interpersonal conflict. Cases will be community-referred and referred <br /> from Orange County Criminal District Court. <br /> Outcomes <br /> 1. We expect to work with 400 clients in community mediation including separation/divorce, <br /> Medicaid appeals,neighborhood,workplace, and organizations,with an 80%resolution rate <br /> for cases mediated. <br /> 2.
