- ' - <br /> Exhibit B —Scope of Services—Fiscal Year 2012-13 <br /> Orange County Outside Agency Performance Agreement Certification <br /> Funded Amount: $22,000 <br /> Agency: El Futuro, Inc. <br /> Program: Orange County Clinical Services Program <br /> Purpose <br /> To provide culturally-appropriate and bilingual behavioral health services to Spanish-speaking <br /> Orange County residents through El Futuro's Clinical Services Program. <br /> Outcomes <br /> El Futuro will serve 233 Latino Orange County community members** through our Orange County <br /> Clinical Services Program. <br /> • 70% of individuals served will experience an improvement in clinical symptoms such as <br /> depression, anxiety and PTSD. <br /> • 60% of individuals served will experience an improvement in functional indicators, such as <br /> the ability to work, take care of the home, attend school and maintain healthy relationships. <br /> • 90% of clients served will express satisfaction with the services they received at El Futuro <br /> and state they were helped with their presenting problem. <br /> (**We originally proposed to serve 325 Orange County community members.
