Exhibit B–Scope of Services–Fiscal Year 2012-13 <br /> Orange County Outside Agency Performance Agreement Certification <br /> Funded Amount: $57,000 <br /> Agency: Communities In Schools of Orange County, Inc. (CISOC) <br /> Program Middle School After School (MSAS) <br /> Purpose—The MSAS serves all middle schools in Orange County (students in grades 6th-e) who <br /> are at risk for academic failure or would be left unsupervised during the critical hours of 3 PM–6 <br /> PM. Students are eligible for free,age appropriate and enriching after school program services.
