Exhibit B—Scope of Services—Fiscal Year 2012-13 <br /> Orange County Outside Agency Performance Agreement Certification <br /> Funded Amount: $45,100 <br /> Agency: OE Enterprises, Inc. <br /> Program Job Placement <br /> Services provided by OE Enterprises, Inc. include transition from school to work, <br /> job club,paid and volunteer work experience,prevocational work training, <br /> vocational evaluation,work adjustment skills training,job placement, on the job <br /> training and support (dual customer approach- both for persons served and the <br /> employer),job retention,retirement planning and community integration. <br /> OE Enterprises serves individuals who have employment barriers. All individuals <br /> are at least 16 years of age (unless in the transition from school to work program) <br /> There is no upper age limit to our services. The employment barriers are primarily <br /> disabilities. Persons with developmental disabilities make up the largest percentage <br /> of the population served. A significant number of persons with mental illness are <br /> also served. Other disability groups include those who have a physical disability, <br /> traumatic brain injury and substance abuse issues. Some of the people we serve have <br /> more than one disability. We also a small percentage of individuals who do not have <br /> a disability through the Work First program. These individuals typically have <br /> multiple barriers to overcome including limited education,little work experience,no <br /> transportation and child care issues. All of this creates many barriers to successful <br /> employment. Our program provides them the supports they need to succeed. <br /> Outcomes <br /> Individuals will improve their ability to make decisions,learn about community <br /> resources, gain employment (or become involved in retirement activities),learn how <br /> to perform a job (including work skills and work habits),improve benefits,pay, <br /> and/or responsibilities at work,gain additional hours or promotions and retain <br /> employment. Objectives will be measured by the number of adults and students <br /> who obtain jobs in their community. <br /> OE will assist 50 adults and 15 students in obtaining employment. <br /> Program Budget <br /> These funds will be used to provide vocational services to persons with barriers to <br /> employment. Individuals served will include high school students and adults. There <br /> is no upper age limit. By gaining success on a job these individuals become more <br /> self-sufficient,increase self-esteem and gain the ability to make more choices. They <br />
