Exhibit B - Scope of Services - Fiscal Year2012-13 <br /> Orange County Outside Agency Performance Agreement Certification <br /> Funded Amount $25,000 <br /> Agency: Orange County Rape Crisis Center <br /> Program <br /> To provide support to survivors of sexual assault and adult survivors of child sexual abuse as well as <br /> individuals whose lives have been impacted by sexual violence. <br /> To increase participants'safety by raising awareness of sexual violence issues and by responding to <br /> those who disclose they have experienced sexual violence by meeting their immediate needs and <br /> making appropriate referrals. <br /> Purpose <br /> During the 2012-2013 fiscal year the staff and volunteers of the Orange County Rape Crisis Center <br /> will provide crisis assistance to approximately 500 individuals. Our clients will include those whose <br /> lives have been affected by sexual violence as well as other medical, legal,and mental health <br /> professionals assisting these individuals. <br /> During the 2012-2013 fiscal year at least 10,000 individuals in the community will gain more <br /> knowledge about sexual violence, its prevention,and the services available to survivors by attending <br /> Orange County Rape Crisis Center programs. <br /> Program Budget <br /> A portion of the salary and benefits for the following positions: <br /> • Executive Director $5,000 <br /> • Youth Education Specialist $5,000 <br /> • Bookkeeper $5,000 <br /> A portion of rent costs $3,000 <br /> A portion of our audit $2,500 <br /> A portion of the printing and postage $1,300 <br /> A portion of the communications costs (phone and internet) $2,000 <br /> A portion of the limited liability insurance $1,200 <br /> Total $25,000 <br /> Q <br /> Certified by: uI QC CGS - Tide: EX-fC4.11re Dr-c Date: b `2 R -(L <br />
