Orange County 2012 Exercise Series Proposal envi r®SAFE <br /> Global Exporisncs-toes!Expertise <br /> Since EnviroSafe staff has practical work experience in the Emergency Management and <br /> Preparedness fields, we are fully prepared to offer our expertise and experience in order to plan <br /> and execute the delivery of an exercise series for Orange County. Our lead staff members <br /> assigned to this project have a broad range of experience and understand the systems, processes, <br /> and organizations that create an overall preparedness and emergency response infrastructure and <br /> the value of utilizing training and planning as key preparedness tools for meeting today's <br /> challenges. The staff members have worked within local, state and regional concepts and <br /> structures throughout most of their careers and are familiar with the critical steps needed to build, <br /> implement and sustain collaborative methodology that surrounds a successful approach to <br /> disaster preparedness. <br /> EnviroSafe has worked extensively and continuously with local and state as well as regional <br /> clients to provide planning, training and exercises as well as general consult meeting <br /> requirements of regulatory agencies such as Department of Homeland Security to progress and <br /> strengthen partnerships within the respective jurisdictions. EnviroSafe has worked with the <br /> University of North Carolina University System to provide a system All-Hazard Emergency <br /> Operations Plan as well as tabletop and full scale active shooter exercises for each of the 17 <br /> Universities that encompass the UNC System. Most Universities within the system have asked <br /> EnviroSafe to assist in providing Individual Emergency Operations Plans and Continuity Plans <br /> as well as additional Tabletop,Functional and Full Scale Exercises. <br /> 14 <br />
