Orange County 2012 Exercise Series Proposal e nvi restiFE
Global Eiparianca-Local Eā partisa
training and preparing staff from multiple agencies or departments during an emergency
situation, this assessment provides a tool for addressing agency integration. This analysis
provides a look at what players believed were problems, and issues that were found by subject
matter experts to be actual response capabilities or concerns. In the analysis portion of this
section, we identify gaps of understanding and interpret how this affects the overall response
effort. The analysis derived from Participant Feedback Forms provides a third-dimension to
exercise evaluation beyond player performance and evaluator observations.
7. After Action Report(AAR)
The format of the AAR submitted by the Project Lead to OCES will follow the example given in
HSEEP Guide, Volume III, Appendix A. The AAR will contain an executive summary, exercise
overview, exercise design summary, analysis of capabilities tested, improvement plan, and the
participant feedback summary. Detailed comments recorded by evaluators during the hotwash
will be included in the AAR.
The Project Lead will provide a preliminary AAR to the County planning team within thirty days
of the exercise for comments and revisions. If needed, an agency POC will have fourteen days
to review the AAR and submit any changes or revisions. After the comments and revisions have
been received by the Project Lead, a final AAR and Corrective Action Plan will be submitted.
8. Client Relationship Management
EnviroSafe's POC will maintain communications with the POCs for the County planning team to
coordinate with the client on any schedule changes or required services. EnviroSafe has a
dedicated FTP website with password protection to allow our clients to access electronic project
documents and materials at any time. Electronic materials are uploaded as quickly as they are
prepared per service requirements at no additional cost to Orange County.
10
