Orange County 2012 Exercise Series Proposal ������^°�M���»���� <br /> ��vu � UU\��^�v�« u_ <br /> Global'~~-nc,'Local"xp,"~" <br /> All of the above documents will be prepared and sent to the County planning team for approval. <br /> They will be reviewed, edited and returned to EnviroSafe within three weeks from the time that <br /> they were received. As previously stated, all documents are prepared according to HSEEP <br /> guidance. <br /> 3. Initial Planning Conference!Concept and Objectives Meeting with County Planning Team <br /> Upon award of this contract, EnviroSafe will contact the Orange County Point of Contact (POC) <br /> to arrange a meeting to discuss the specific expectations for the exercise series, the list of <br /> potential partner agencies for the exercises, and the anticipated timeline. At this time, the <br /> County Planning Team will share plans, protocols, policies and procedures, and any other <br /> documentation which will assist EnviroSafe in moving forward with this project. <br /> The following items will be discussed and agreed upon by participants: <br /> • Exercise scope <br /> • Target Capabilities <br /> • Exercise objectives <br /> • Exercise purpose <br /> • Exercise schedule <br /> • Exercise scenario <br /> • Exercise location <br /> • Exercise details specific to this p 'rct <br /> • Dates for further planning conferences <br /> Other issues to be determined at the IPC include determination of other agency involvement and <br /> individuals that should be invited to participate in exercise planning activities. Action items will <br /> be identified, responsibilities will be assigned, and the date for the next planning meeting will be <br /> set. At this time, agenda items for the next meeting will be discussed. Minutes for all planning <br /> meetings will be prepared and distributed to Planning Team members within ten working days of <br /> the meeting. <br /> 4. Mid-Term Planning Conference (MPC) <br /> The Project Lead will prepare and distribute the MPC agenda and invitee list prior to the MPC <br /> meeting. The Planning Team will meet at a designated area to discuss the following items: <br /> • Resolution of any items from the IPC <br /> • Staffing for exercise <br /> • Scenario for functional exercise <br /> • Timeline <br /> • Review of all draft exercise documents <br /> • Exercise logistics <br /> • Date for the exercise (if not already set) and Final Planning Conference <br /> 8 <br />
