Patel, <br /> It is with great pleasure that we offer the services of EnviroSafe Consulting and Investigations, <br /> Inc. to Orange County for your upcoming project. Enclosed you will find our complete proposal <br /> and quotation for the planning, execution, and follow-up for this project. EnviroSafe proposes to <br /> plan and facilitate a project series to evaluate plans and systems of approach when responding to <br /> a scenario that results in activating multiple Emergency Operations Centers (EOC) as well as a <br /> fully functional general population shelter. These projects include thorough review of current <br /> plans and systems in place; a functional EOC exercise; a Full Scale Shelter Exercise as well as <br /> documentation and improvement plans to enhance current systems and plans. <br /> EnviroSafe brings to this project over 16 years of planning experience along with a staff that has <br /> a broad array of federal, state and local Emergency Management, Public Health, Hospital <br /> Emergency Preparedness, Emergency Response, Law Enforcement, and Municipal and <br /> Corporate emergency planning experience.
