Appointments <br />{1) Affordable Housing Advisory Board iAHAB} -One New Appointment <br />The Board considered making one new appointment to the Affordable Housing <br />Advisory Board. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner Foushee <br />to appoint Steve Clements to the Affordable Housing Advisory Board at an At-Large Position, <br />with a term expiring June 30, 2008. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />{2j Agricultural Preservation Board -One New Appointment <br />The Board considered making one new appointment to the Agricultural Preservation <br />Board. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Gordon to <br />appoint Vickie M. Brown to the Agricultural Preservation Board for an At-Large Position, with a <br />term expiring June 30, 2008. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />{3) Board of Health -One New Appointment <br />The Board considered making a new appointment to the Board of Health. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Halkiotis, seconded by Commissioner Foushee <br />to appoint Dr. James Stefanadis to the Board of Health to a full term ending June 30, 2007. <br />UOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />{4) Commission for Women -New Appointments <br />The Board considered making appointments to the Commission for Women. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Foushee, seconded by Commissioner Gordon <br />to appoint the following citizens to the Commission for Women: <br />Position #7 At- Large Doris Jean Bynum <br />(first full term expiring June 30, 2007) <br />Position # 11 Chapel Hill Natalia Deeb - Sossa <br />(first full term expiring June 30, 2008) <br />Position # 15 Non-Chapel HiIIIHillsborough Jennifer Murphy <br />(partial term expiring June 30, 2006) <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />{8) Hillsborough Planning Board -One New Appointment <br />The Board considered making one new appointment to the Hillsborough Planning <br />Board. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Foushee to <br />appoint Arthur C. Jones to the Hillsborough Planning Board to a term expiring April 30, 2008. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />{6) Human Relations Commission -New Appointments <br />The Board considered making one new appointment to the Human Relations <br />Commission. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner Jacobs to <br />appoint Mr. Cutler Andrews and Ms. Emily Adams to At-Large Positions on the Human <br />Relations Commission. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />{7} Human Services Advisory Commission (H$AC) -Three New Appointments <br />The Board considered making new appointments to the Human Services Advisory <br />Commission. <br />
