2 <br /> Social Services and Aging in close coordination will continue to combine resources to extend <br /> provision of "In-Home Aid Services" under Block Grant stipulations and consistent with <br /> mandates for seniors at-risk to placement. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: The Home and Community Care Block Grant for FY 2012-13 provides a <br /> total of $510,464 in State funding to support a network of aging services throughout Orange <br /> County. The required match is provided through funds already included within Departmental <br /> and Outside Agency operating budgets. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board approve the Home and <br /> Community Care Block Grant Funding Plan for FY 2012-13 in the amount of $510,464 and <br /> authorize the Chair to sign the grant documents. <br />
