4 <br /> The Board received and discussed a report on the Orange County Space Needs Update. <br /> John Link said that in 2000, Commissioners Brown and Gordon and the staff looked at the <br /> space needs for County functions through the year 2010 and produced a report with a plan for <br /> meeting county space needs.
