Contract#68-2014 <br /> Senior Care of Orange County, Inc. <br /> voluntarily contributes to the cost of service,the County will inform the Contractor of the amount <br /> of the contribution and of any subsequent changes. The Contractor will establish a plan with the <br /> client for accepting the contribution on at least a monthly basis; and when contributions are not <br /> received within ten days of the agreed upon date,will notify the client in writing and send a copy <br /> of the notification to the County.
