Gayle Wilson said that the University wants to see the plan first. They have an <br />interest in recycling and waste reduction, and they have a problem with whether another <br />entity would be efficiently processing materials. <br />Commissioner Jacobs asked Gayle Wilson to send a memo to the Chair regarding <br />whom he spoke with at the University and what the impediments are. <br />5.
