Betsy Polk went over the follow up matters: Setting priorities and communicating <br />priorities to the public; in future meetings, allowing more time for discussion of the educational <br />excellence study and perhaps holding a separate meeting to discuss this; an agreement with <br />the County regarding the financial efficiency report will be included on Monday's agenda; a <br />construction oversight manager for Orange County Schools, Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools, <br />and County projects; look at applications for citizen positions with The People's Channel; <br />discuss the library siting and parks services at future meetings; make the conscious decision <br />about the library site; and renew updated committees list. <br />10.
