He has served on the Board's <br /> Human Resources (HR) Committee since 2006 and has served as Chair of the HR Committee <br /> since July 2011. Mr. Battle is also a member of the Outreach and Education Committee. <br /> OWASA Board members ordinarily serve a term of three years, and are eligible for re- <br /> appointment according to the wishes of their appointing Boards.
