WA <br />Request <br />For its support of all the major themes of the Comprehensive Plan, we request that the <br />Council approve the zoning atlas amendment to the Planned Development Mixed Use <br />with the R -5 -C Zoning designation, granting the Zoning Atlas Amendment. The project is <br />located in the Urban Service Boundary. We are requesting that the project be <br />annexed by the town of Chapel Hill. <br />With your approval, we will develop, construct, and deliver to Chapel Hill a model <br />project to bring new services to a community that at this point lacks many basic <br />services. <br />Statement of Zoning Atlas Amendment to R -5 -C with Planned Development Mixed <br />Use Zoning Designation for St. Paul Village <br />St. Paul AME Church Community <br />Chapel Hill, North Carolina <br />
