2 <br />intricacies of dissolution, and creation of a new governance structure at the local (county) and <br />corporate (regional) level. <br />Terms of the PBH agreement will establish a regional board consisting of 13 members — One <br />(1) representative from each Community Oversight Board (County level); Two (2) at -large <br />County Commissioners from among the counties; One (1) representative from a local Client and <br />Family Advocacy Committee elected from the region; and Six (6) members with special <br />expertise in healthcare, insurance, finance, behavioral health and other professions; i.e., legal <br />and human resources. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: The County Manager has recommended the total amount of $1,370,973 <br />in the FY 2012 -13 operating budget. This funding level is unchanged from FY 2011 -12. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board adopt the resolution of <br />dissolution and authorize the Chair to sign. <br />
