$25,000 (See Attachment 3). NCDOT will remit payment to the County and the County <br />will in turn disperse the funds to Orange Rural Fire Department. This budget <br />amendment provides for the receipt of these reimbursement funds for remittance to the <br />Orange Rural Fire Department, and provides for the Board of County Commissioners to <br />adopt the attached Resolution (Attachment 4) for reimbursement authorizing the Chair <br />to submit an invoice to NCDOT in the amount of $25,000 on behalf of Orange Rural Fire <br />Department, with the Finance and Administrative Services Director acting as the <br />County's agent. (See Attachment 1, column 8) <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Financial impacts are included in the background information above. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board of County Commissioners <br />approve budget, grant, and capital project ordinance amendments for fiscal year 2011 -12 and <br />approve the reimbursement resolution for Orange Rural Fire Department. <br />
