The Board considered appointments to the Affordable Housing Board. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis to <br />appoint Ms. Barbara A. Mull to a first full term ending September 30, 2007; Ms. Vivian <br />Herndon-Latta to a partial term ending June 30, 2006; Mr. James Rasenman to a first full <br />term ending September 30, 2007; and Ms. Wadleigh Harrison to a partial term ending June <br />30, 2005. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />(3) Arts Commission -Two New Appointments <br />The Board considered appointments to the Orange County Arts Commission. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis to <br />appoint Mr. Robert Kitz to a partial term ending March 31, 2005 and Ms. Rachel Lillis to a <br />partial term ending March 31, 2007. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />(4} Human Relations Commission -Three New Appointments <br />The Board considered appointments to the Human Relations Commission. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis to <br />appoint Mr. Bryant Colson to a partial term ending September 30, 2006; Ms. Teresa Smith <br />to a partial term ending September 30, 2006; and Ms. Lisa Stifler to a partial term ending <br />June 30, 2005. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />A motion was made by Chair Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Carey to appoint Lisa <br />Wilson to an At-Large (#12} position. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />(5} Human Services Advisory Commission -Three New Appointments <br />The Board considered appointments to the Human Services Advisory Commission. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis to <br />appoint Ms. Janice Wassel (Advisory Board on Aging) to a partial term ending March 31, <br />2006; Christina Harlan (Board of Health) to a partial term ending March 31, 2005; and Tom <br />York (Cooperative Extension) to a first full term ending March 31, 2007. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />(6) Information Technology Advisory Committee -One New Appointment <br />The Board considered appointments to the Information Technology Advisory Committee. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Halkiotis, seconded by Commissioner Carey to <br />appoint Mr. Spencer Summey to a partial term ending December 31, 2006. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />Commissioner Gordon asked that the Clerk verify Mr. James Walker's application/interest <br />listing to see if he is still serving on two boards/commissions and is eligible to be appointed, <br />for future reference. <br />(7} Nursing Home Community Advisory Committee -Three New Appointments <br />
