Scope of Work <br />Chapel Hill Orange County Visitor's Bureau Website Design & Development I Revised Statement of Work <br />Anal ,ytics 12 <br />rn <br />Our goal is to create a web experience which provides measurable data and a quantifiable return on z <br />investment. Much of the internet's beauty lies in its ability to track user behavior. Analytic tools measure z <br />a variety of metrics including user path, content popularity, visitor type, referrals, entry and exit pages, <br />conversions and goals, and keyword traffic. This information will help you understand the path users take M1 <br />through your site, as well as which content elements are instrumental in user conversion. c <br />VisionPoint Marketing will incorporate Google Analytics into your website. Google Analytics is free analytics <br />software allowing users to easily view who is visiting the site, how long a visitor is engaged in the site, where a <br />visitor leaves the site, how many page views each page receives, where visitors are located geographically and <br />much more. <br />Training & Support <br />In order to ensure internal staff is fully equipped to manage the site moving forward, VisionPoint will provide <br />training and support to all individuals who will access the CMS. This proposal includes one training session <br />(which lasts approximately one hour) conducted either in person at VisionPoint's offices, over the phone or via <br />Skype. Based on our experience, this will be ample time for everyone to feel comfortable managing content on <br />the website. <br />If the client requires additional training or post - launch support, VisionPoint can provide additional hours at a <br />reasonable hourly rate (however we do not anticipate this as necessary). <br />0 2012 VisionPoint Media, Inc. <br />
