118 <br />12 <br />Commission Gordon asked if the amendment would allow use of a modern <br />structure on historic property. Use of a non - historic structure could be approved if <br />all applicable findings could be met from the standpoint of preserving or <br />enhancing the historic integrity of the site and/or historic structures on the site. <br />There were no citizen comments. <br />The Planning Board considered the proposed amendment on August 7, 1996 and <br />recommended approval. The vote was unanimous. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the proposed amendment per the <br />Planning Board recommendation. <br />
