3 <br />Town's NPDES discharge permit, (2) compliance <br />with the Town, s. ordinance, rules and regulations <br />concerning pretreatment of industrial wastewater, <br />and (3) all County (subdivision, zoning, erosion, <br />building, etc.) and State (DOT, etc.) permits <br />having been properly granted. Under no <br />circumstances will the County permit the <br />discharge of septic sewage in its system. <br />III. RATE SCHEDULE AND AVAILABILITY FEES <br />A.
