CLASSIFICATION OF SERVICE (Reserved. There <br /> are presently no separate classifications of sewer <br /> service. ) <br /> II . WASTEWATER TREATMENT LIMITATIONS <br /> Orange County has contracted with the Town <br /> of Hillsborough which contract provides that the Town will <br /> treat wastewater generated by the System subject to the <br /> following conditions contained in the agreement between the <br /> County and Town: <br /> No customer shall be allowed = to connect ' to the <br /> County system unless and until such customer's ' <br /> proposed discharge has been found acceptable by <br /> both the Town and County.
