A motion was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis to <br />approve the Preliminary Plan for Phase One of the DAVI-NET subdivision, in accordance with <br />the Resolution of Approval, which is incorporated herein by reference, with the addition of one <br />condition as stated by the County Attorney above. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />Commissioner Halkiotis requested that the County get a copy of the railroad agreement <br />with the owner. <br />d. Appointments <br />(1) Agricultural Preservation Board -One New Appointment <br />The Board considered one appointment to the Agricultural Preservation Board. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner Carey to <br />appoint Dr. James Wynn to the James and Patricia Wynn Farm VA District, for a term in <br />accordance with Section IV.B.2 of the Orange County Voluntary Farmland Preservation <br />Program Ordinance. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />(2) Commission for the Environment-Three New Appointments <br />The Board considered appointments to the Commission for the Environment. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner Carey to <br />appoint Heather McDonald (#6) for a partial term ending December 31, 2004; and Marge <br />Limbert {#13) for a partial term ending December 31, 2006. <br />A motion was made by Chair Jacobs, seconded by Cammissianer Halkiotis to appoint <br />Michelle Kempinski (#11) for a partial term ending December 31, 2005. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon to appoint Matthew O'Brien for position <br />#11. <br />Vote for Heather McDonald: UNANIMOUS <br />Vote for Michelle Kempinski: Ayes, 4 <br />Vote for Matthew O'Brien: Ayes, 1 {Cammissianer Gordon) <br />Marge Limbert was approved by acclamation. <br />{3) Library Services Task Force -One New Appointment <br />The Board considered one appointment to the Library Services Task Farce. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner Carey to <br />appoint Amy Efland for a partial term ending December 31, 2005. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />10.
