9c <br />AMENDED <br />RESOLUTION <br />OF THE <br />ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />Date of Meeting: May 1, 2001 <br />Name of Subdivision: Richmond Hills <br />Owner /Applicant: Habitat for Humanity <br />The Board of County Commissioners hereby approves amended Richmond Hills Preliminary Plan, <br />dated March 9, 2000, revised March 15, 2000 and April 19, 2001 and containing 43 lots, subject <br />to the fulfillment of requirements specified herein. <br />Before the Final Plat of Richmond Hills can be recorded all conditions of the original Resolution <br />of Approval dated August 15, 2000 shall be met with F. Miscellaneous (4) amended to read as <br />follows: <br />4. Phasing of the project shall occur only in accordance with the amended Preliminary <br />Plan revised on April 19, 2001. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Orange County Commissioners <br />that the amended Resolution of Approval for Richmond Hill Preliminary Subdivision is approved. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner �r�w� , seconded by Commissioner 'TO-CO b <br />the foregoing resolution was adopted this the � day of � 2001. <br />I, Beverly A.
