Box 8181 <br />Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br />CONTRACT FOR SURVEYING SERVICES, MAYES HILL PROPERTIES <br />Landmark Surveying, Inc. will perform a boundary survey of tax parcel 3.50..7 (109.40 <br />acres) and the portion tax parcel 3.45..14 east of Mt Willing Road including a 60' <br />easement approximately 914 feet in length along the northern portion of tax parcel <br />3.50..6. Boundary lines and corners will be monumented and flagged in a manner for <br />Orange County to post the property. <br />Landmark will provide six blue prints and an AutoCAD file. Landmark will prepare the <br />survey and record the survey with the Orange County Register of Deeds. <br />Landmark Surveying, Inc.'s fee for this survey will be $6175.00.
