Clean Harbors will negotiate a reduced labor rate, up no no charge, at the Walmn drove location if waste volumes for <br />for the program dramatically increase over the current levels in the RFP, as provided in #4 below. <br />2. Clean Harbors is currently applying a Recmciy Fee that is comprised of two components; a 2.0% charge for Insurance, <br />liability, and security cogs; and a clangs for Energy, casts tiwt is revLsed monthly based on the average diesel prises from <br />the US Department of Energy. <br />With corm diesel pdces, the total nmmwy fee has been roiled into our pricing. However, an additional 0.5% will apply <br />for each $0.10 increase in diesel cost above $4.23/gal. Clean Harbors agrees to review every 6 months beginning in January of 2013 and agrees to institute the recovery fens % increase <br />provided in the Proposal should fuel prices reach $4.50 per gallon and increase when fuel increases 0.25 per gallon versus $0.10 per gallon <br />on a national average. This provision supersedes the terms set forth in #2. <br />6.
