Mr. Meeks is also responsible for the training and <br />management of all personnel within the Technical Services organization. Under her direction the <br />Service Center has performed hundreds of household hazardous waste removals as well as <br />identified packaged and transport bulk and containerized hazardous waste from small and large <br />generations. He has direct the field teams serving the Savannah Rive Site since April of 2008. <br />• Previously, as a Sales Manager, Mr. Meeks was responsible for all service needs for all customers <br />throughout Virginia and North Carolina. Service lines include all lab pack programs, transportation <br />& disposal, field service projects, site decontamination - remediation, and emergency response. Mr. <br />Meeks was also responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring a consistent level of <br />service provided by all Clean Harbors personnel. <br />• Mr. Meeks has managed remediation projects involving high hazard services. This includes <br />development of health and safety plans, implementing safe operating procedures, and identification <br />of unknown material. <br />• Based on performance, Mr. Meeks has been promoted from several previous positions. He was <br />customer service chemist. He was also the plant quality control supervisor for the hazardous <br />handling at the Reidsville, facility. He also has operation experience as a material router, thus he is <br />familiar with facility receiving requirements. <br />• Mr. Meeks entered the hazardous waste industry in 1990. <br />f.
