County of Orange, NC <br />3.0 PROJECT PERSONNEL <br />RFP #5183 <br />A dedicated team of professionals from the Reidsville Service Center (including Project <br />Managers and Technicians) will manage each household hazardous waste collection facility. <br />Together the team ensures quality service, cost control, and risk containment. <br />The chart below illustrates the organizational structure and key personnel that will support the <br />County of Orange's household hazardous waste program. <br />Resumes for Ron Meeks, Brian Schafle, and various personnel that may serve as HHW Project <br />Managers are included. Please note that Clean Harbors, with guidance from Orange County, will <br />evaluate the current onsite person for a position with Clean Harbors for managing the current <br />collection site. <br />Job Title <br />Account Manager <br />S11111111,11-y of' Responsibilities <br />Serves as the County's primary contact for contractual matters; and provides <br />overall contract management including oversight of the quality of service, pricing <br />and invoicing. <br />Technical Services <br />Oversees field operations, transportation, customer service and technical sales <br />General Manager <br />support for North and South Carolina; and ultimately responsible for all HHW <br />Collection Program planning, logistics, equipment, supplies. <br />Regional C1eanPack <br />Serves as the Project Manager's primary contact for scheduling events, answering <br />Coordinator <br />questions, etc.; is the direct supervisor over the Project Managers, Technicians, <br />Chemists and Truck Drivers. <br />Company Confidential 6 www.cleanharbors.com <br />
