Provide ability to remove HHW material from customer containers by pumping when necessary. <br />Divert selected materials for alternative disposal to include, but not limited to: <br />• Propane Tanks <br />• Lead Acid Batteries <br />• Food Waste Oil <br />• Oil <br />• Oil filters <br />• Antifreeze <br />• Lights Containing Mercury <br />7. Prepare and submit to Orange County staff written documentation of any incident or accident <br />report as necessary and /or required. Prepare and submit written reports of operating or other <br />problems to Orange County Staff. <br />8. Secure Eubanks Road buildings and gates at the end of each day and secure the chemical <br />storage building at the Walnut Grove SWCC location at the end of each day. <br />9. Complete appropriate paperwork and waivers as CESQG drop off material at the Eubanks Road <br />location. <br />10. Cleanliness standards: Provider shall provide or arrange for building and /or site cleaning to ensure <br />neat material storage and cleanliness of building and grounds. Grounds and building should be <br />inspected before and after events to ensure cleanliness. The Provider shall make the necessary <br />corrections to ensure cleanliness. Determination of whether cleanliness standards have been met <br />by the Provider will be at the discretion of the Orange County Solid Waste Director or his <br />representative and will be determined solely by an Orange County representative. <br />11. Time performance standard: Provider shall provide appropriate management, staff, containers, and <br />equipment to ensure a customer wait time of no longer than 15 minutes. The time period will start <br />with the arrival of a customer vehicle at the entrance of the facility and conclude with the removal <br />of HHW material from the customer's vehicle. The time standard will be per customer vehicle and <br />may be timed at any time during operating hours. Average times will not be used. Customers who <br />leave and return or who otherwise corrupt normal line organization will not be timed. Determination <br />of whether the time standard has been met by the Provider will be at the discretion of the Orange <br />County Solid Waste Director or his representative and will be determined solely by an Orange <br />County representative. <br />Page 10 <br />HHW RFP # 5183 <br />
