RESOLUTION OF THE <br />ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />TO APPROVE AN ORDINANCE <br />FORA <br />ZONING ATLAS AMENDMENT <br />Date: April 17, 2001 <br />Petitioner: Orange County <br />The Board of County Commissioners hereby approves a petition submitted by Orange County to amend <br />the Orange County Zoning Atlas by rezoning from Rural Residential (R -1) to Economic Development — <br />Limited Office 1 (ED -LO -1) property located approximately 1,200 feet east of NC 86 and lying between <br />I -85 and Old NC 10 being further identified in the Orange County Land Records Office as Hillsborough <br />Township, Map 45, Lot 33 containing 12.95 acres more or less (excluding right -of -way). The property is <br />more specifically identified by the following description: <br />AREA 3C <br />BEGINNING at the northeast corner of TMBL 4.45.33, said corner also being in the southern <br />line of the I -85 right -of- way and also being the northwest corner of TMBL 4.45..19; thence, <br />south approximately 1170 feet along the eastern line of TMBL 4.45..33 to the southeastern corner <br />of TM 3L 4.45.33 said corner falling in the northern line of the Old NC 10 right -of -way; thence, <br />west approximately 580 feet along the northern right -of -way of Old NC 10 to the southwestern <br />corner of TMBL 4.45..33, said corner also being the southeastern corner of TMBL 4.45A 1A; <br />thence, north approximately 1180 feet along the western line of TMBL 4.45..33 to the northeast <br />corner of TMBL 4.45.33, said corner also falling in the southern right -of -way of I -85; thence east <br />approximately 200 feet along the common northern line of TMBL 4.45.33 and the southern <br />right -of -way of I -85 to the point and place of BEGINNING: (Said tract containing 12.95 acres <br />more or less) <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Orange County Commissioners that <br />this Zoning Atlas Amendment is effective upon approval. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner "��, seconded by Commissioner a.
