Where vehicles will extend over landscape islands, such islands shall be increased two and one -half feet <br />in depth by decreasing the length of the parking stall the same distance. <br />5. Landscaping around the entire base (foundation) of structures is required and shall be in scale with <br />adjacent structures and be of approximate size at maturity to accom lish its intended purpose. <br />2.
